ASAP (Academy of Students At Promise) at SWW Foundation

Provides a positive learning experience along with social and emotional supports that meets the needs of each individual student.

We also provide an Alternative to Out of School Suspension program at a number of schools in the Rochester City School District.

Project I’M READY

Is an innovative approach to address the academic and social-emotional issues of long term suspended students in a structured, consistent, predictable and supportive environment.

Project New Beginning offers a new start, a new connection and a new opportunity to get engaged in school and the community to young men who are our most at risk  and most likely to drop-out of school and enter into the adult justice system.

After School Programs at Nathaniel Rochester School #3 and James Monroe High School.

Child and Family Therapy at School #6, 8 and 45.

School-Based Counseling at James Monroe High School, School of the Arts and School Without Walls Commencement.

PREVENTION EDUCATION 

We Offer unique, interactive programs that teach skills to youth in schools, neighborhood centers, faith communities and other youth organizations throughout the community.

Best- Practice, Research- Based curriculum, workshops and groups are designed specifically for young people and the adults in their lives.
